We are two entrepreneurs from Mallorca building a platform from real events.
We come from two worlds we care deeply about: dance and technology. After years connected to competitions and events, bringing both experiences together felt like a natural step.
LumoraEvents was born there, and also from a very simple idea: staying close to organizers, judges and participants where the real work of an event actually happens.
We were part of the organization and saw the operational chaos up close.
Spreadsheets on one side, emails on another, separate tools and too much energy spent simply trying to coordinate everything.
That is where LumoraEvents began: in a real environment, from repeated needs and with the idea of making the work clearer, more organized and better supported.
We work closely, listen carefully and believe support is part of the experience.
For LumoraEvents, this is central. It is not about handing over a tool and disappearing, but about supporting the process and continuing to refine it with each organizer.
Before the event
We listen to how each organization works, where the current friction points are and which practical details cannot be lost along the way.
During the event
We stay close so that any question, adjustment or issue does not become an extra layer of pressure for the team.
After the event
We review what was learned, gather the small details and keep improving from real use, not from a distant roadmap.
We prefer clarity over unnecessary complexity.
We try to build with calm judgment, adapting to how each event works and avoiding layers that only make the work more complicated.
Simplicity
If something can be understood with fewer steps and less noise, that is usually the better path.
Clarity
When an event is moving, every decision needs to be understood quickly and without ambiguity.
Adaptability
Each competition has its own way of working. The goal is not to impose a structure, but to support it well.
Constant evolution
We keep adjusting, correcting and learning because real events always teach something new.
Listen before deciding
The best improvements almost always begin with an honest conversation with the people organizing.
Stay close
Closeness is not a communication layer. It is a way of working.
Avoid the unnecessary
We do not add complexity just to look more complete.
Build from reality
What matters is what helps in a real event, not what sounds better in the abstract.
LumoraEvents keeps growing in the same way it began: close, listening and learning from real events.
That is what we also want this page to reflect: behind LumoraEvents there is not a startup talking about itself, but real people building alongside real people.
